Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The products might be 99% the same as the picture. The colors will be a little different on account of the PS and light.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

1. Check Your Email

This is the primary method. After successful payment, the system usually automatically sends the following emails to your registered email address:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Contains order details and serves as proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Confirmation Email: Includes the tracking number.

  • Email with Receipt/Invoice Attachment: Some sites send a formal PDF receipt or invoice as an attachment.

Tip: Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder, and search for keywords like “Receipt,” “Invoice,” “Order Confirmation,” or the website/brand name.


2. Log Into Your Website Account

If you created an account or were logged in during purchase:

  • Go to “My Account.”

  • Look for options like “Order History,” “My Orders,” or “Purchase History.”

  • Find the relevant order—there will usually be buttons such as “View Order,” “Print Receipt,” or “Download Invoice.”


3. Check the Payment Platform

  • If you paid via PayPal, Stripe, a credit card, etc., these platforms also generate transaction records.

  • Log into your PayPal account or online banking—the transaction details may include an electronic receipt with merchant information.


4. Contact Customer Service

If you cannot find it through the above methods:

  • Use the website’s “Contact Us,” customer service email, or live chat feature. Provide your order number and registered email to request a resend of the receipt or invoice.


Helpful Tips

  • Keep Digital Receipts: It’s recommended to save relevant emails or download PDF files for returns, warranties, or reimbursement purposes.

  • Distinguish Between Receipt and Invoice: If you need a VAT-specific invoice (for corporate reimbursement or tax deduction in China), pay special attention to selecting the “Issue Invoice” option during checkout and fill in the correct invoice title and tax ID. A standard sales receipt may not be sufficient for domestic reimbursement in China.
